I just tried on the panties and need to get a different size. What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the case where the product is damaged or defective, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange with supporting evidence provided. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange or return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, your item(s) will no longer be eligible for an exchange and/or return. If you received a damaged or defective item, you can email us at info@auntflo.co. 
 


What is the shipping policy?

Once you place your order, please allow 1 business day for the order to be processed and shipped out.
 
We will e-mail you a copy of your receipt when your order has been placed, along with a tracking number after your order has been fulfilled.

Free US Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more.
  

We offer four shipping methods: 

US Standard Shipping is $8.99 which takes 3-5 business days.

US Express Shipping is $20 which takes 1-2 business days.

International Standard Shipping is $18.00 which takes 6-12 business days.

International Express Shipping is $30.00 which takes 2-5 business days.

If you are stuck and not sure what size to order, please use the size charts provided in each product page as guidelines. To ensure a proper fit and comfortable experience, PLEASE MEASURE YOUR WAIST AND HIPS. IF YOU FIND THAT YOU ARE IN BETWEEN SIZES, PLEASE ORDER ONE SIZE UP.

How do I care for my Aunt Flo Panties and Pads ?

Hand wash the panties and pads in cold water to get rid of the blood absorbed throughout the day or night. Wash them in regular laundry in cold water. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. In order to best preserve the longevity of your Aunt Flo Pads and Panties, it is best to hang to dry as tumble drying can cause them to shrink and lose absorbent properties. 
 


How long do the Aunt Flo Panties and Pads last for?

If taken care of properly with our recommended care instructions, your Aunt Flo products can last up to 3-5 years. 



How long can I wear the Aunt Flo Panties and Pads throughout the day?

This ultimately depends on the person's flow intensity, but we broke down the timeframe the Panties and Pads can be worn for:


The "3 Pack Reusable Heavy Flo Boyshorts" and "Reusable Heavy Flo Boyshort" can be worn for up to 8 hours.



"6 Large Reusable Pads Set" can be worn for up to 5 hours (depending on the intensity).

"3 Large 3 Medium 6 Pack Reusable Pads Set" can be worn for up to 5 hours (depending on the intensity and pad size)

"6 Medium Reusable Pads Set" can be worn for up to 5 hours (depending on the intensity and pad size)

 

How many Aunt Flo Panties and Pads do I need?

Choosing the right number of Aunt Flo Panties and Reusable Pads depends on your flow intensity and cycle length. For example, if your cycle lasts about 7 days and you experience 3 heavy flow days, we recommend to purchase panties from the "Heavy Flo" line. 1 reusable panty for daytime and 1 reusable panty for nighttime. This allows you to rotate pairs comfortably while washing and drying between uses. If you're purchasing 2 or more panties, our packs offer the best savings. First-time customers may prefer to start with one pair to see how it works for their body before investing in a bundle.

 

Many customers use our "Reusable Pads" for added protection with the "Heavy Flo" line Panties or wear them alone with regular underwear.

Pad sizing depends on your comfort and flow:

Many customers prefer having both Large and Medium sizes to adjust as their flow changes throughout their cycle. Having options gives you better control, comfort, and confidence—especially on days when your flow shifts unexpectedly.

 

How absorbent are the "Heavy Flo" Panties?

The Panties in our "Heavy Flo" collection can be worn throughout the day and night without any leak through thanks to our 5 layer absorption technology. The "Heavy Flo" Panties can hold 6 tablespoons of blood which is equivalent to 5 tampons or 3 pads. It is recommended to change any product used in the Heavy Flo collection after every 8 hours.
